90-Day Fit & Shade Guarantee
Buying tights online shouldn't feel like a guessing game. If the size or shade of your Kivorali tights isn't right, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will exchange it for the correct size or shade free of charge.
30-day refunds
Not happy with your order? You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items returned for a refund must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
How it works
- Email support@kivorali.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange or return.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is needed, we will send you the return address and instructions.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs for refunds are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the policy above applies.
